  • Traverse through the Tijuca Forest to Christ the Redeemer Statue.
  • Free day to enjoy the beaches, shopping and flavors of Rio de Janeiro.

Your exclusive city tour includes visits to all the highlights that will take you sky high to experience picture perfect views of the magical cityscape of Rio. Our private guides will also take you to more cultural and authentic landmarks with added flexibility to the tour to take into account what else is happening in this vibrant city. For your last evening in Brazil, you can add a special nightlife tour of Rio, where you’ll be surrounded by the sensual rhythms and beats of samba in the Lapa district.

Days 4-6

Iguazu Falls

  • Private, up-close tours of Iguazu Falls in both Argentina and Brazil.
  • Incredible boat ride adventure through, up to and around the waterfalls.
  • Optional activities include a helicopter ride over Iguazu Falls.

Dive straight into the action (not literally, unless you want to) at Argentina’s side of Iguazu Falls. Your guide will help you avoid crowds and take you to the most hidden of the 270 waterfalls. The Brazilian side of the falls is entirely different, and ends with an up-close encounter of the largest waterfall, Garganta del Diablo (or Devil’s Throat). Don’t let the name fool you; it’s paradise!

Days 6-9

Buenos Aires

  • Private tour of Buenos Aires’ finest architectural and historical highlights.
  • Gourmet dinner and tango show at the city’s finest tango venue.
  • Leisure options range from wine tasting to bars to opera to theater.

¡Hola, Argentina! Your private tour will introduce you to the heart of Buenos Aires’ culture, from the Casa Rosada government palace and the hustle and bustle of downtown Buenos Aires to the vibrant streets of La Boca, San Telmo and beyond. While planning the trip with your travel specialist, ask to reserve you a table at one of our favored closed-door restaurants (puertas cerradas)!

Days 9-11

The Sacred Valley

  • Inca past meets Peru’s present: Tour the Maras salt mines and Moray terraces.
  • Peruvian Paso horse demonstration groomed and bred at Wayra Ranch.
  • Scenic 1st Class Vistadome train ride to the foot of Machu Picchu.

Begin your trip by exploring the unfathomable scenery, history and archaeology of this mystical valley surrounded by the peaks of the Andes. The days are filled to the brim with unforgettable views and cultural strongholds, but you can take everything at a leisurely pace! In addition to Inca ruins, you’ll see locals work the looms to produce those iconic textiles, visit Peru’s liveliest artisans’ market and enjoy a couple of gourmet meals along the way.

Days 11-12

Machu Picchu

  • The big event: See the sunrise & stay overnight at Machu Picchu!
  • Full day private guided tour and gourmet lunch at the Sanctuary Lodge.
  • Exclusive entrance & aerial view from a mountain peak above Machu Picchu.

Watch the sun rise over Machu Picchu in one of the quietest hours of the day. You’ll have this profound experience almost entirely to yourself, before hiking to the peak of one of the two limited entrance mountains surrounding Machu Picchu for an unrivalled bird’s eye view of the Inca city. Your private guide will provide you with all the facts, figures and legends while making sure you avoid the crowds to get the most from this once in a lifetime experience.

Days 12-14

Cusco

  • Private tour of Cusco’s highlights including aerial city views from Sacsayhuaman.
  • Explore Cusco’s authentic museums, Inca ruins, unique shops & enchanting streets.
  • Taste the best of Cusco’s local Peruvian fusion cuisine at our favored restaurants.

From the Temple of the Sun and Cathedral to the Inca Citadel of Sacsayhuaman and all the secret stops in between, Cusco is just ripe with historical stops and archaeological sites. The Inca capital is also home to a number of incredible restaurants and romantic bars that will keep you entertained all night. Many visitors like to add an extra day in Cusco to give them more time to soak up the atmosphere.
